Alfa+
Alfa+ is a cohort, prospective and observational study that aims to describe the biological processes and identify factors that can predict the preclinical phase of Alzheimer's disease. Thanks to the extensive characterization of the approximately 400 participants without cognitive impairment, from the Alfa study, the Alfa+ analyzes the association between fuid, biological, structural, functional and neurocognitive brain markers that characterize the preclinical phase of the disease and describe its natural history.
