NeuroCOVID

This study, funded by TV3’s La Marató Foundation and lasting three years, investigates the neurological effects of Covid-19 in people with different risks of developing Alzheimer's. To this end, the researchers use mini-brains as an analytical and predictive model, customized organoids of human brains, from participants of the Alfa cohort, and subjected to different traumas, including SARS-Cov2 infection.
